Fees
I aim to keep therapy accessible while ensuring my practice remains sustainable. To support this, I offer:
Individual sessions at ยฃ60.
Block bookings paid in advance (6 sessions) from a discounted rate of ยฃ55 per session.
I offer discounted rates to (under 25s) of ยฃ45 per session.
Sessions
I offer long-term therapy and shorter intervention work with adults in the UK.
The length of time you wish to be in therapy is set by you. I work flexibly based on your choices.
All individual sessions are online via MS Teams for 60 minutes.
I offer a free initial MS Teams call (15 minutes) to discuss your needs and explain further what therapy with me will look and feel like.
Availability
Appointments are weekday evenings from 5PM
Session are offered weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference.
I recognise the importance of transitioning into therapy as timely as possible. Therefore, I aim to offer sessions within 2 weeks.
